How quickly will I get a response?
We reply to every enquiry within one Australian business day (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 AEST). Care-plan customers reach our 24/7 support line directly.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before contacting you?
No. Most clients start with a problem or goal — we run a free 30-minute discovery call, then send a written scope, options and indicative pricing before any commitment.
How do you price projects?
Email, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and care plans have fixed prices published in our shop, billed upfront for the term shown on each plan. Web, software, Dynamics 365 BC and ERP engagements are quoted fixed-price or time-and-materials after discovery. All prices are in AUD and exclude GST.
Do you work with clients outside Australia?
Yes. We're based in Knoxfield VIC and deliver remotely worldwide. Local on-site visits are available across metropolitan Melbourne.
Can you sign an NDA before we share details?
Absolutely — mention it in your message and we'll send a mutual NDA before the discovery call.
What information helps you respond faster?
